Windows 95/98/Me: Start => Run => Enter "notepad %windir%\hosts", hit OK.
Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/7: Start => Run => Enter "notepad %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts", hit OK.

Then add the following lines under "127.0.0.1       localhost":
216.93.248.82 www.sleepywood.net
216.93.248.82 sleepywood.net

Save the file and you should be able to access the forums.
Windows users may have to do a: Start => Run => Enter "ipconfig /flushdns", hit OK. If the fix doesn't work initially.
